This matters because coordination between design, manufacturing, stone fabrication and installation happens inside one team: one set of project records, one point of contact, one accountable party for the lifetime of the kitchen.

KITWOOD is ISO 9001 certified, and its production follows European standards on modern machinery with a flexible setup — including a dedicated high-end paint-finishing facility for lacquered fronts.

KITWOOD's kitchens combine two production streams:

• Imported Italian doors and fronts — sourced through exclusive dealerships with Italian manufacturers, giving access to finishes and door technologies produced at Italian industrial scale. Explore the Doimo Cucine collections for an example of this partnership.
• Locally manufactured cabinets — carcasses produced at the Zouk Mosbeh factory from ecological, water-resistant E1 particle board and water-resistant MDF (EGGER, KRONOSPAN and CLEAF boards).

Because the cabinets are made here, every unit can be produced to the exact millimetre your space requires — no filler-panel compromises, no "closest standard size". You get Italian design language with made-to-measure dimensions.

KITWOOD operates its own countertop production facility with advanced stone-fabrication machinery and dedicated quality control. Engineered quartz slabs are imported directly — including Quartzforms, grade-A slabs manufactured to German specifications — then templated on site, precision-cut and installed by KITWOOD's own teams, with no third-party fabricator or installer in between.

That makes KITWOOD a genuine one-stop shop: the kitchen and the countertop are engineered, measured and warranted by the same company, so cabinet and worktop tolerances are coordinated by one team from templating through installation. The components, accessories and fittings inside a KITWOOD kitchen — hinges, runners, lift systems, internal organisers — are high-quality European hardware imported directly from the manufacturers to KITWOOD's own warehouses.

Direct importing does two things for clients:

• Sensible pricing on premium hardware. Buying directly keeps European-quality components at sensible price points.
• Permanent availability. KITWOOD maintains standing stock plus dedicated safety stock, so the part needed for a project — or for a repair years later — is on the shelf in Lebanon, not on a boat.

This is one reason KITWOOD can still service kitchens installed decades ago: the spare parts are stocked, and every project's hardware list is on record.

Installation is carried out by KITWOOD's directly employed teams — never subcontractors — supported by processes built to remove error from the site phase:

• Scanning-verified installation. A scanning system checks components during installation, catching mismatches before they become site problems.
• Protective, eco-friendly packaging. Units travel from the factory in high-quality packaging designed to protect finished surfaces — and to minimise waste.
• Scheduled delivery and follow-up. Projects run on an agreed schedule with structured communication and follow-up, so clients know what happens when — from site survey through installation.

Before any of that, trained KITWOOD designers develop the project with high-definition renders, so what is approved on screen is what is installed on site.

Every KITWOOD project is covered by a manufacturer warranty issued by KITWOOD itself — the company that designed, built and installed the work. Within the warranty period, after-sales maintenance visits are free of charge — parts, labour and the site visit included.
