• A real factory. Cabinets are manufactured at KITWOOD's 6,000 m² Zouk Mosbeh facility — not imported, not assembled from flat-pack. Specification accuracy on the drawings translates directly to the installed result.
• Consistent specification across a project. When a studio specifies the same finish, hardware and carcass spec across ten apartments, KITWOOD delivers the same component in unit 1 and unit 10 — same gloss level, same edge detail, same Blum runner. That consistency is hard to achieve through importers.
• One named contact. Every trade project is assigned a single KITWOOD designer who handles the studio relationship from schematic design to site handover — so there is no hand-off, no lost context, and no chain of intermediaries between the design team and the people manufacturing the work.
• Warranty under one roof. KITWOOD's manufacturer warranty covers cabinetry, hardware and installation — handled by the same Beirut team that produced the work. Studios are not asked to coordinate between an importer, an assembler and a third-party installer when something needs adjusting two years later.

The trade service is structured around what specifying studios actually need:

• CAD libraries. DWG and Revit cabinet blocks at module level — base, wall and tall cabinets in KITWOOD's standing widths. Available on request from the trade team.
• Full technical specifications. Carcass material specs (18 mm moisture-resistant HDF, marine-grade plywood), door finish specs (lacquer process, veneer source, HPL grade), worktop options, and hardware specifications (Blum hinges, runners, lift systems). Issued as PDF spec sheets for inclusion in tender packs.
• Material sample boards. Physical sample boards delivered to the studio for finish review — and to the client at site or showroom if helpful.
• Factory visits. Architects and clients can tour the Zouk Mosbeh facility, review pre-production samples and inspect work in progress. Almost no other kitchen supplier in Lebanon offers this.
• Mock-ups. For flagship projects, KITWOOD produces full-scale cabinet mock-ups in the agreed finish for client and designer sign-off before production starts.
• Trade pricing. Structured project pricing for multi-unit residential, hospitality, and commercial work — separate from the retail homeowner pricing visible on the kitchen cost guide.
• Site coordination. KITWOOD's installation team works directly with the studio's site contractor and project manager — no subcontracted intermediary.

KITWOOD's trade work in Lebanon falls into four broad categories:

• Luxury single residences. Villas and penthouses across Beirut, the Metn, Keserwan and the mountain. Typical scope: a flagship kitchen (TWENTY or TWENTYTWO), a master walk-in closet and bedroom wardrobes (KLOZET®), and bathroom vanities — coordinated as one cabinetry package.
• Multi-unit residential developments. Apartment buildings where the developer or architect specifies a consistent kitchen and wardrobe package across 6–60+ units. KITWOOD provides repeated specification, phased delivery aligned to construction handover, and one warranty for all units.
• Boutique hospitality. Hotel suites, boutique guesthouses and short-stay developments where joinery is part of the guest experience. Same factory, same Blum hardware, finished to the same standard as residential work.
• Commercial and showroom fit-outs. Offices, retail and brand showrooms where bespoke joinery, reception millwork and back-of-house cabinetry are needed under one supplier.

The simplest route is direct: send your project brief, drawings (DWG, PDF or schematic), and any reference imagery to KITWOOD's trade contact, and we will arrange a meeting at your studio, the KITWOOD Sin el Fil showroom, or the Zouk Mosbeh factory — whichever is most useful.

For active tender or specification work, request the CAD library and PDF spec sheets up front so cabinetry can be specified accurately in the drawing package before pricing is needed.

For projects already under construction, KITWOOD can come to site, take measurements, and produce a fully-coordinated kitchen design within one week of the site visit — including 3D renders for client approval.

There is no fee for design, specification support, factory visits or sample boards. Trade pricing is provided on a per-project basis once scope is defined.
