Kitchen Warranty & After-Sales Service in Lebanon

The KITWOOD manufacturer warranty is issued by KITWOOD directly — as the company that designed, manufactured and installed the work. It covers:

• Cabinetry structure. Carcass integrity, joinery, edge banding and panel adhesion under normal residential use.
• Doors and fronts. Lacquer, veneer, HPL and melamine fronts against manufacturing defects in finish, profile and dimensional accuracy.
• Hardware. Blum (Austria) hinges, runners and lift systems — covered under KITWOOD's installation warranty and, where applicable, under the current official Blum manufacturer warranty terms.
• Installation. Site fitting, levelling, alignment of fronts, drawer closures and worktop seating — covered against installation defects.
• Worktops. Engineered quartz, ceramic, natural stone and solid wood worktops carry the relevant material supplier's warranty on the material, with KITWOOD covering fabrication and installation.

Full written warranty terms are issued with every project at handover, and the governing terms are those of the official KITWOOD Warranty Certificate (PDF), published online. Specific durations vary by component and material — confirmed in writing on the project warranty document. Within the warranty period, after-sales maintenance is free of charge.

Many kitchens sold in Lebanon are supplied through an importer-installer-service chain — meaning the company that sold the kitchen, the company that installed it, and the company that handles service if anything goes wrong are often three different organisations. When something needs adjusting after installation, the client may be left coordinating between them.

KITWOOD's structure is different. The same organisation:

• Designed the kitchen at the Sin el Fil or Zouk Mosbeh showroom
• Manufactured it at the Zouk Mosbeh factory
• Installed it on site with directly-employed installers
• Issues and honours the warranty under its written terms
• Can assess later service requests through the same Beirut team, subject to the project's records, the component's condition, and current parts and supplier availability

There is one phone number, one team, one set of records, and one accountable party for the project and its applicable written service terms.

Beyond the warranty period, KITWOOD can assess service requests for kitchens and wardrobes it has manufactured, including documented projects installed in the 1980s and 1990s. Any support remains subject to the project's records, the condition of the original component, compatible current materials or parts, supplier availability, and the applicable service terms. Common after-sales requests include:

• Adjustments. Door realignment, drawer recalibration, soft-close tuning — assessed for the actual installation and condition.
• Hardware replacement. Blum hinges, runners and lift systems may be replaced under the current official Blum warranty terms where applicable. KITWOOD can check its current stock and records; availability is not a guarantee that a matching part will remain available indefinitely.
• Touch-up and refinishing. Lacquer and veneer touch-up on specific doors or panels — assessed against the current condition and the available finish materials.
• Worktop maintenance. Re-sealing of natural stone, re-polishing of quartz, repair of stone chip damage — subject to the exact material supplier's care and warranty instructions.
• Extensions and modifications. Adding a tall cabinet, replacing a hob with a new model that requires a different cut-out, integrating a new appliance — assessed against the original finish records, current materials and the project requirements.

Every KITWOOD project is recorded with its full specification — collection, door finish code, hardware list, worktop reference — which can assist matching requests when records, condition and current parts or materials permit.

A service appointment is arranged at the client's convenience, typically within a few working days for non-urgent adjustments. Where the issue is covered by warranty, there is no charge for parts, labour or the site visit. Out-of-warranty service is quoted transparently before any work is carried out.
