KITWOOD has been designing, manufacturing and installing custom kitchens in South Lebanon for over forty years. Homes from Damour and Jiyeh down through Sidon (Saida), Sarafand and as far south as Nabatieh and Tyr are served from a single integrated organisation — designed at our Sin el Fil showroom in Beirut, built at our 6,000 m² Zouk Mosbeh factory, and installed by our own directly-employed team.

For South Lebanon homeowners that means a single point of contact from first consultation through to final handover — no importer, no distributor, no third-party contractor in between.

Every KITWOOD kitchen for a South Lebanon home begins the same way: a free design consultation. You can either visit our Sin el Fil showroom in Beirut — about 45 minutes north of Sidon — or we can arrange a site visit to your home in Saida, Sarafand, Jiyeh, Damour, Nabatieh or Tyr at a time that suits you.

At the showroom you can walk through full-scale displays of our five kitchen collections (TEN, TWELVE, EIGHTEEN, TWENTY, TWENTYTWO), open Blum-fitted drawers, compare door finishes, and review our complete material library. Many South Lebanon clients combine the showroom visit with a stop in Beirut for the day.

Once your 3D design is approved, your kitchen is manufactured at our Zouk Mosbeh facility and delivered to your home in South Lebanon by our own logistics and installation team. Typical on-site installation takes 2–5 days.

Coastal homes along the Sidon, Jiyeh and Tyr coast face a combination of high humidity, salt air, and intense summer sun that quickly exposes weak kitchen materials. Imported flat-pack systems built to a generic European warehouse specification tend to swell, delaminate or warp within a few seasons in this climate.

KITWOOD specifies moisture-resistant HDF and marine-grade plywood carcasses, factory-applied lacquer or HPL door finishes, and corrosion-resistant Blum (Austria) hardware as the baseline for every kitchen we build — not as an upgrade option. Worktops are typically engineered quartz or porcelain composite for durability in coastal conditions; natural marble remains available for clients who understand and accept its maintenance requirements.

KITWOOD works with both individual homeowners and the architects, interior designers and developers active across South Lebanon. For new-build coastal villas in Jiyeh, Damour and Sarafand, we typically come in at the architectural drawing stage and coordinate cabinetry layouts with the project's plumber, electrician and stone supplier. For renovations in Sidon and Tyr apartments — including older properties in Saida's historic centre — we manage the full project end-to-end, from removing the old kitchen to fitting the final handle.

We also handle holiday homes and secondary residences along the South coast — many of our South Lebanon clients are absentee owners, and we manage projects remotely with installations scheduled around their visits.
